Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2020

 The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India. The details of the examination are as under:

1. Pay Scale:

1.1 Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).

1.2 Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100).

1.3 Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5 ( Rs. 29,200-92,300).

Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).

2. Vacancies:

2.1 Vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancy position will be

uploaded on the website of the Commission (https://ssc.nic.in->Candidate’s Corner-

> Tentative Vacancy).

3. Reservation:

3.1 Reservation for the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward

Classes (OBC), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Ex-servicemen (ESM) and

Persons with Disabilities (PwD) etc. categories is available as per extant Govt.

Orders.

3.2 The Commission makes selection of candidates in pursuance to the vacancies

reported by the concerned User Departments for various posts. The Commission

does not have any role in deciding the number of vacancies of any User Department.

Implementation of reservation policy, maintaining reservation roster and earmarking

of vacancies for different categories come under the domain of the User

Departments.

4. Permissible disabilities for PwD candidates:

4.1 Except for the Border Roads Organisation (BRO), the posts have been identified

suitable for following disabilities:

4.1.1 Lower Division Clerk/Junior Secretariat Assistant: One arm affected (OA),

Both legs affected (BL),One leg affected (OL),One arm and one leg affected

(OAL), Blind (B), Low vision (LV) &Hearing handicapped (HH).

4.1.2 Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant: One leg affected (OL), One arm affected

(OA), One arm and one leg affected (OAL), Both legs affected but not arms

(BL), Muscular weakness and limited physical endurance (MW), Cerebral

Palsy, Leprosy cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack victims, Blind(B), Low vision

(LV),Hard of Hearing (HH), Specific learning disability. Multiple disabilities

from amongst disabilities mentioned above.

4.1.3 Data Entry Operators (DEOs): One arm affected (OA), One leg affected

(OL), One arm and one leg affected (OAL), Both Legs affected (BL), Hearing

handicapped (HH) and Low Vision (LV) are eligible for the posts of Data

Entry Operators.

4.2 Requirement of Physical Standard, Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards

for the post of Lower Division Clerk in BRO is available at Annexure-XV.

Candidates may ensure that they fulfill all the required standards before opting for

any post in BRO. Posts once allocated as per merit-cum-preference of candidates

will not be changed subsequently due to failure of candidates to qualify in these

Standards.

4.3 Only male candidates are eligible for the posts in the Border Roads Organization.

Nationality/ Citizenship:

5.1 A candidate must be either:

(a) a citizen of India, or

(b) a subject of Nepal, or

(c) a subject of Bhutan, or

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January,1962, with

the intention of permanently settling in India, or

(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka,

East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of

Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia

and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

5.2 Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a

person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government

of India.

Age Limit:

6.1 Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years as on 01-01-2021

i.e. Candidates born not before02-01-1994 and not later than 01-01-2003 are eligible to apply.

6.2 Permissible relaxation in upper age limit for different categories

Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 01-01-2021):

9.1 For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): Candidates must have

passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or

University.

9.2 For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and

Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with

Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

9.3 As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10-06-2015

published in Gazette of India all the degrees/ diplomas /certificates awarded through

Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an

Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under

Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956 and Institutions of National

Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for

the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government

provided they have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University

Grants Commission. Accordingly, unless such degrees are recognized for the relevant

period when the candidates acquired the qualification, they will not be accepted for

the purpose of Educational Qualification.

9.4 As per UGC (Open and Distance Learning) Regulations, 2017 published in official

Gazette on 23-06-2017, under Part-III (8) (v), the programmes in engineering,

medicine, dental, nursing, pharmacy, architecture and physiotherapy etc. are not

permitted to be offered under Open and Distance Learning mode. However, pursuant

to the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order dated 11-03-2019 in MA No. 3092/2018 in W.P.

(C) No. 382/2018 titled Mukul Kumar Sharma & others Vs AICTE and others, B.

Tech. degree/ diploma in Engineering awarded by IGNOU to the students who were

enrolled up to academic year 2009-10 shall be treated as valid, wherever applicable.

9.5 Candidates who have not yet acquired but will acquire the educational qualification

and produce documentary evidence from the Board/University in support thereof as

on 01-01-2021 will also be eligible.

9.6 All candidates who are declared qualified for the Document Verification will be

required to produce the relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets, Provisional

Certificates etc. for completion of Intermediate/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2/ Senior

Secondary in original as proof of having acquired the minimum educational

qualification on or before 01-01-2021, failing which the candidature of such

candidates will be cancelled by the Commission. The candidates who are able to

prove, by documentary evidence, that the result of the qualifying examination was

declared on or before the cut-off date and he/ she has been declared passed, will also

be considered to meet the educational qualification. It is reiterated that the result of

required educational qualification must have been declared by the Board/

University by the specified date. Mere processing of the result by the Board/

University by the crucial cut-off date does not fulfill the EQ requirement.

9.7 In case of the candidates possessing equivalent educational qualification, such

candidates shall also produce relevant Equivalence Certificate from the concerned

authorities at the time of Document Verification. However, final decision regarding

selection of such candidates will be taken by the concerned User Departments/

Appointing Authorities.

How to apply:

10.1 Applications must be submitted in only online mode at the official website of SSC

Headquarters i.e. https://ssc.nic.in. For detailed instructions, please refer to

Annexure-III and Annexure-IV. Sample proforma of One-time Registration and

online Application Form are attached as Annexure-IIIA and Annexure-IVA

respectively.

10.2 In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour

passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The photograph should

not be more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of

Examination, and, the date on which the photograph has been taken should be

clearly printed on the photograph. Applications without such date printed on the

photograph will be rejected. Image dimension of the photograph should be about

3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The photograph should be without cap, spectacles

and both ears should be visible.

10.3 Last date and time for submission of online applications is 15-12-2020(23:30).

10.4 Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit online applications much

before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of

disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the SSC website on account of heavy

load on the website during the closing days.

10.5 The Commission will not be responsible for the candidates not being able to submit

their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any

other reason beyond the control of the Commission.

10.6 Before submission of the online application, candidates must check that they have

filled correct details in each field of the form. After submission of the online

application form, no change/ correction/ modification will be allowed under any

circumstances. Requests received in this regard in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by

hand, etc. shall not be entertained.

11. Application Fee:

11.1 Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).

11.2 Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled

Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for

reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

11.3 Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking or by using Visa,

MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by

generating SBI Challan.

11.4 Online fee can be paid by candidates up to 17-12-2020 (23:30 hours). However,

candidates who wish to make cash payment through the challan of SBI, may make

payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 21-

12-2020 provided the challan has been generated by them before 19-12-2020 (23:30

hours).

11.5 Candidates who are not exempted from fee payment must ensure that their fee has

been deposited with SSC. If the fee is not received by SSC, status of the Application

Form is shown as ‘Incomplete’ and this information is printed on the top of the

printout of online Application Form. Further, status of fee payment can be verified at

the ‘Payment Status” link provided in the candidate’s login screen. Such applications

which remain incomplete due to non-receipt of fee will be SUMMARILY

REJECTED and no request for consideration of such applications and fee payment

இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தின் பல்வேறு அமைச்சகங்கள் / துறைகள் / அலுவலகங்களுக்கான கீழ் பிரிவு எழுத்தர் / இளைய செயலக உதவியாளர், தபால் உதவியாளர் / வரிசையாக்க உதவியாளர் மற்றும் தரவு நுழைவு ஆபரேட்டர்கள் ஆகிய பதவிகளில் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான பணியாளர் தேர்வு ஆணையம் ஒரு போட்டித் தேர்வை நடத்தும். தேர்வின் விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு:

1. ஊதிய அளவு:

1.1 கீழ் பிரிவு எழுத்தர் (எல்.டி.சி) / ஜூனியர் செயலக உதவியாளர் (ஜே.எஸ்.ஏ): ஊதிய நிலை -2 (ரூ .19,900-63,200).

1.2 அஞ்சல் உதவியாளர் (பிஏ) / வரிசையாக்க உதவியாளர் (எஸ்ஏ): ஊதிய நிலை -4 (ரூ .25,500-81,100).

1.3 டேட்டா என்ட்ரி ஆபரேட்டர் (டி.இ.ஓ): பே-லெவல் -4 (ரூ. 25,500-81,100) மற்றும் லெவல் -5 (ரூ .29,200-92,300).

தரவு நுழைவு ஆபரேட்டர், தரம் ‘ஏ’: ஊதிய நிலை -4 (ரூ .25,500-81,100).

2. காலியிடங்கள்:

2.1 காலியிடங்கள் சரியான நேரத்தில் தீர்மானிக்கப்படும். புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்ட காலியிட நிலை இருக்கும்

ஆணையத்தின் இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றப்பட்டது (https: //ssc.nic.in-> வேட்பாளரின் மூலை-> தற்காலிக காலியிடம்).

3. இட ஒதுக்கீடு:

3.1 பட்டியல் சாதியினர் (எஸ்சி), பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினர் (எஸ்.டி), பிற பிற்படுத்தப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு இட ஒதுக்கீடு

வகுப்புகள் (OBC), பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பலவீனமான பிரிவுகள் (EWS), முன்னாள் படைவீரர்கள் (ESM) மற்றும்

மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள் (பி.டபிள்யூ.டி) போன்ற பிரிவுகள் தற்போதுள்ள அரசாங்கத்தின் படி கிடைக்கின்றன. ஆர்டர்கள்.

3.2 காலியிடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப வேட்பாளர்களை தேர்வு செய்ய ஆணையம் செய்கிறது

பல்வேறு பதவிகளுக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பயனர் துறைகளால் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆணையம்

எந்தவொரு பயனர் துறையின் காலியிடங்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை தீர்மானிப்பதில் எந்தப் பங்கும் இல்லை.

இடஒதுக்கீட்டுக் கொள்கையை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துதல், இடஒதுக்கீடு பட்டியலைப் பராமரித்தல் மற்றும் ஒதுக்குதல்

வெவ்வேறு வகைகளுக்கான காலியிடங்கள் பயனரின் களத்தின் கீழ் வருகின்றன துறைகள்.

4. PwD வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட குறைபாடுகள்:

4.1 எல்லை சாலைகள் அமைப்பு (BRO) தவிர, பதிவுகள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளன பின்வரும் குறைபாடுகளுக்கு ஏற்றது:

4.1.1 கீழ் பிரிவு எழுத்தர் / ஜூனியர் செயலக உதவியாளர்: ஒரு கை பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (OA),

இரண்டு கால்களும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன (பி.எல்), ஒரு கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (ஓ.எல்), ஒரு கை மற்றும் ஒரு கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது

(OAL), குருட்டு (பி), குறைந்த பார்வை (எல்வி) & கேட்டல் ஊனமுற்றோர் (எச்எச்).

4.1.2 அஞ்சல் உதவியாளர் / வரிசைப்படுத்தும் உதவியாளர்: ஒரு கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (OL), ஒரு கை பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது

(OA), ஒரு கை மற்றும் ஒரு கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (OAL), இரண்டு கால்களும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன, ஆனால் ஆயுதங்கள் அல்ல

(OL), ஒரு கை மற்றும் ஒரு கால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (OAL), இரண்டு கால்களும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன (BL), கேட்டல் ஊனமுற்றோர் (எச்.எச்) மற்றும் லோ விஷன் (எல்வி) தரவு இடுகைகளுக்கு தகுதியானவர்கள் நுழைவு ஆபரேட்டர்கள்.

4.2 உடல் தரநிலை, உடல் திறன் சோதனைகள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ தரநிலைகளின் தேவை

BRO இல் கீழ் பிரிவு எழுத்தர் பதவிக்கு இணைப்பு- XV இல் கிடைக்கிறது.

தேர்வு செய்வதற்கு முன்னர் தேவையான அனைத்து தரங்களையும் பூர்த்தி செய்வதை வேட்பாளர்கள் உறுதிப்படுத்தலாம் BRO இல் எந்த இடுகையும். வேட்பாளர்களின் தகுதி மற்றும் விருப்பத்தின்படி ஒரு முறை ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட இடுகைகள் இவற்றில் தகுதி பெற வேட்பாளர்கள் தவறியதால் பின்னர் மாற்றப்பட மாட்டாது தரநிலைகள்.

4.3 எல்லை சாலைகள் அமைப்பில் உள்ள பதவிகளுக்கு ஆண் வேட்பாளர்கள் மட்டுமே தகுதியானவர்கள்.

தேசியம் / குடியுரிமை:

5.1 ஒரு வேட்பாளர் இருக்க வேண்டும்:

(அ) ​​இந்தியாவின் குடிமகன், அல்லது

(ஆ) நேபாளத்தின் ஒரு பொருள், அல்லது

(இ) பூட்டானின் பொருள், அல்லது

(ஈ) 1962 ஜனவரி 1 ஆம் தேதிக்கு முன்னர், இந்தியாவுக்கு வந்த ஒரு திபெத்திய அகதி

இந்தியாவில் நிரந்தரமாக குடியேறும் நோக்கம், அல்லது

(இ) பாகிஸ்தான், பர்மா, இலங்கை, மற்றும் இலங்கையிலிருந்து குடிபெயர்ந்த இந்திய வம்சாவளியைச் சேர்ந்த ஒருவர்

5.2 மேலே (பி), (சி), (ஈ) மற்றும் (இ) வகைகளைச் சேர்ந்த வேட்பாளர் ஒருவராக இருக்க வேண்டும் அரசாங்கத்தால் தகுதிச் சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்பட்ட நபர் இந்தியாவின்.

வயது எல்லை:

6.1 பதவிகளுக்கான வயது வரம்பு 01-01-2021i.e நிலவரப்படி 18-27 ஆண்டுகள் ஆகும். பிறக்காத வேட்பாளர்கள் இதற்கு முன் 02-01-1994 மற்றும் 01-01-2003 க்குப் பிறகு அல்ல.

6.2 வெவ்வேறு பிரிவுகளுக்கு அதிக வயது வரம்பில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட தளர்வு அத்தியாவசிய கல்வித் தகுதிகள் (01-01-2021 தேதியின்படி):

9.1 எல்.டி.சி / ஜே.எஸ்.ஏ, பி.ஏ / எஸ்.ஏ, டி.இ.ஓ (சி & ஏஜியில் உள்ள டி.இ.ஓக்களைத் தவிர): வேட்பாளர்கள் இருக்க வேண்டும் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட வாரியத்திலிருந்து 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு அல்லது அதற்கு சமமான தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றது அல்லது பல்கலைக்கழகம்.

9.2 கம்ப்ரோலர் அலுவலகத்தில் தரவு நுழைவு ஆபரேட்டருக்கு (டி.இ.ஓ தரம் ‘ஏ’) மற்றும் இந்திய ஆடிட்டர் ஜெனரல் (சி & ஏஜி): அறிவியல் ஸ்ட்ரீமில் 12 வது வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட வாரியத்திலிருந்து அல்லது அதற்கு சமமான ஒரு பாடமாக கணிதம்.

9.3 10-06-2015 தேதியிட்ட மனித வள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்தின் அறிவிப்பு இந்தியாவின் அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட அனைத்து பட்டங்கள் / டிப்ளோமாக்கள் / சான்றிதழ்கள் நிறுவப்பட்ட பல்கலைக்கழகங்களால் திறந்த மற்றும் தொலைதூரக் கல்வி முறை பாராளுமன்றம் அல்லது மாநில சட்டமன்றத்தின் சட்டம், பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் கீழ் கருதப்படும் நிறுவனங்கள் பல்கலைக்கழக மானிய ஆணையத்தின் பிரிவு 3 ஏ
