 வேட்பாளர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்க யு.சி.ஐ.எல் பின்வரும் செயல்முறையைப் பின்பற்றலாம்.

 விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கு முன், வேட்பாளர்கள் கட்-ஆஃப் தேதியில் (30-ஏப்ரல் -2020) தகுதிக்கான நிபந்தனைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்வதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.  கணினி அடிப்படையிலான ஆன்-லைன் தேர்வுக்கான சேர்க்கை முற்றிலும் தற்காலிகமாக இருக்கும்.  வேட்பாளர் விவரம் / ஆவணங்களின் சரிபார்ப்புக்கு உட்படுத்தப்படுவார், குறுகிய பட்டியலிடப்பட்டால், பின்னர் கட்டத்தில்

 நான்.  தேர்வு நகரங்கள்: ஆன்-லைன் விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளபடி கணினி அடிப்படையிலான ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு 16 நகரங்களில் நடைபெறும்.  வேட்பாளர்கள் தங்கள் விருப்பங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப 3 தேர்வு மையங்களைத் தேர்வு செய்யலாம் / தேர்வு செய்யலாம்.  ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட நகரத்தில் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையிலான வேட்பாளர்கள் இருந்தால், வேட்பாளரால் 1 வது விருப்பமாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மையம் ஒதுக்கப்படாமல் போகலாம், மேலும் 2 வது விருப்பத்தில் வேட்பாளர் தோன்றுமாறு கேட்கப்படுவார்.  விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தை சமர்ப்பித்த பின்னர் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மையம் (கள்) பின்னர் கட்டத்தில் மாற்றப்படாது.  எந்தவொரு தேர்வு மையத்தையும் ஒதுக்க அல்லது வேட்பாளர் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த மையத்தை மாற்றுவதற்கான உரிமையை யு.சி.ஐ.எல் கொண்டுள்ளது.

 ii.  கணினி அடிப்படையிலான ஆன்-லைன் தேர்வு: பொது அறிவு / விழிப்புணர்வு, பகுத்தறிவு, எண்ணியல் திறன் மற்றும் 120 புறநிலை வகைகளுடன் பொது ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் தொழில்முறை அறிவு (ஒழுக்கம் தொடர்பான) ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கிய 02 மணிநேரங்களுக்கு (ஒரே அமர்வில்) ஆன்-லைன் தேர்வு நடைபெறும்.  ஒவ்வொரு காகிதத்திலும் பல தேர்வு பதில்களுடன் கேள்விகள்.

 ஒவ்வொரு கேள்வியும் 1 மதிப்பெண்ணைக் கொண்டிருக்கும், தவறான பதிலுக்கு அபராதம் ஏதும் இல்லை. முயற்சிக்காத கேள்விகளுக்கு மதிப்பெண்கள் வழங்கப்படாது.  வினாத்தாள் இருமொழி மொழியில் அமைக்கப்படும், அதாவது ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் இந்தி மட்டுமே.  இருப்பினும், இந்தியில் ஏதேனும் அச்சுக்கலை பிழை ஏற்பட்டால், கேள்வியின் ஆங்கில பதிப்பு செல்லுபடியாகும் என்று கருதப்படும்.

 விண்ணப்ப கட்டணம்

 ஜெனரல் / ஓபிசி (க்ரீமி லேயர் & க்ரீம் அல்லாத லேயர்) பிரிவுகளைச் சேர்ந்தவர்கள் திருப்பிச் செலுத்த முடியாத விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணத்தை ரூ .500 / - (ரூ. ஐநூறு மட்டும்) செலுத்த வேண்டும்.  எஸ்சி / எஸ்டி / பிடபிள்யூடி / பெண் வேட்பாளர்கள் விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.

 விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணம் ஆன்-லைன் பயன்முறையில் செலுத்தப்படும் .. டெபிட் கார்டு / கிரெடிட் கார்டு / நெட் பேங்கிங்.

 விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணத்தை செலுத்தும் வேறு எந்த முறையும் இருக்காது.  ஒரு வேட்பாளர் எந்தவொரு தவறான கணக்கிலும் அல்லது வேறு எந்த பயன்முறையிலும் கட்டணத்தை டெபாசிட் செய்தால், விண்ணப்பக் கட்டணத்தைப் பெறாததற்கு UCIL பொறுப்பேற்காது.  ஒரு முறை செலுத்தப்பட்ட கட்டணம் எந்த சூழ்நிலையிலும் திருப்பித் தரப்படாது.  எனவே விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முன் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் தங்களது தகுதி நிலைமைகளை சரிபார்க்க அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

UCIL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

1.Online Computer Based Test

2.Interview

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as on the cut-off date (30-April-2020).  Admission to Computer based  On-line  Examination  will  be  purely  provisional. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents, if shortlisted, at a later stage

i. Exam Cities: The  computer  based  online  examination  will  be  held  in 16 Cities as mentioned  in  the  On-line  application  form.  Candidates may opt/choose 3 examination centres in order of their preferences. In case of large number of candidates in a particular city,  the  centre  opted  by  the  candidate  as  1st preference,  may  not  be  allotted  and candidate  will  be  asked  to  appear  at  2nd preference.  The centre (s) opted  will  not  be changed at a later stage after submission of Application Form.  UCIL reserves the right to allocate any examination centre or change the  centre opted by the candidate. 

ii. Computer Based On-line Examination: The  On-line  Exam  will  be  held  for duration  of 02 Hours (in  one  sitting)consisting  of General Knowledge/Awareness,Reasoning,Numerical ability and General English and Professional Knowledge (Discipline related)with 120 objective type questions with multiple choice answers in each Paper.

Each question will carry 1 mark and there is no penalty for wrong answer .No marks will be awarded for un-attempted questions. The question paper shall be  set  in  bilingual  language  i.e.  English  and  Hindi  only.  However,  in  case  of  any typographical  error  in Hindi,  the English version  of  the  question shall  be considered  as valid.

Application fee

Candidates belonging to General / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non Creamy Layer) categories are required to pay a Non-Refundable Application Fee of Rs 500/-(Rs. Five Hundred    only). SC / ST/ PWD /Female  candidates are  exempted  from  the  payment  of  Application  Fee.

Application fee will be paid through On-line mode ..Debit Card/ Credit Card /Net Banking.

There  will  not  be  any  other  mode  of  payment  of  application  fee.  In  case  a  candidate deposits  the  fee  in  any  wrong  account  or  through  any  other  mode,  UCIL  will  not  be responsible for non-receipt of application fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to verify their eligibility conditions before applying.
