பங்களிப்பு நிறுவனங்களில் (2021-22 காலியிடங்களுக்கான சிஆர்பி பிஓ / எம்டி-எக்ஸ்) தொழில்சார் அலுவலர்கள் / மேலாண்மை பயிற்சிகள் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்வதற்கான பொது ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செயல்முறை

The online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in October / November 2020.

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP-PO/MT-X). The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear.

Online Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank. Depending on the final vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2021-22 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. 

The validity for CRP- PO/MT-X will automatically expire at the close of business on 31.03.2022 with or without giving any notice. Indicative category wise vacancies of each of the Participating Organizations are given vide Annexure I.

 Recruitment in Participating Organizations is a dynamic process which depends upon restriction imposed, business volume, business growth, health of the organizations, branch expansion, internal and external factors, structural changes etc. 

Vacancies mentioned here are indicative and anticipated as communicated by the participating organisations. However, Provisional allotment will be made based on the final vacancies reported by the participating organisations.

பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனங்களில் நன்னடத்தை அலுவலர் / மேலாண்மை பயிற்சிப் பதவிகளுக்கான பணியாளர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதற்கான அடுத்த பொதுவான ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செயல்முறைக்கான ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு (பூர்வாங்க மற்றும் முதன்மை) தற்காலிகமாக அக்டோபர் / நவம்பர் 2020 இல் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தகுதிவாய்ந்த எந்தவொரு வேட்பாளரும், (ஏ) இல் பட்டியலிடப்பட்டுள்ள எந்தவொரு பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனத்திலும் ஒரு நன்னடத்தை அலுவலர் / மேலாண்மை பயிற்சியாளராக அல்லது அந்த கேடரில் இதேபோன்ற பதவியில் சேர விரும்பினால், பொது ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செயல்முறைக்கு (சிஆர்பி-) பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

PO / MT-X). தேர்வு இரண்டு அடுக்குகளாக இருக்கும், அதாவது ஆன்லைன் தேர்வு ஆன்லைன் ஆரம்ப மற்றும் ஆன்லைன் பிரதான என இரண்டு கட்டங்களாக நடைபெறும். ஆன்லைன் பூர்வாங்க தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்று தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்

ஆன்லைன் முதன்மை தேர்வில் ஆன்லைன் முதன்மை தேர்வு மற்றும் பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட வேட்பாளர்கள் பின்னர் பங்கேற்பு அமைப்புகளால் நடத்தப்படும் ஒரு பொதுவான நேர்காணலுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள் மற்றும் நோடல் வங்கியின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு. பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனங்களின் வணிகத் தேவைகளின் அடிப்படையில் 2021-22 நிதியாண்டில் நிரப்பப்பட வேண்டிய இறுதி காலியிடங்களைப் பொறுத்து, ஐ.பி.பி.எஸ்-க்கு அறிவிக்கப்பட்டபடி, பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட வேட்பாளர்கள், அரசாங்கத்தின் மனநிலையைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனங்களில் ஒன்றிற்கு தற்காலிகமாக ஒதுக்கப்படுவார்கள். . இடஒதுக்கீடு கொள்கை, நிர்வாக வசதி போன்றவற்றுக்கான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள்.

CRP- PO / MT-X க்கான செல்லுபடியாகும் தன்மை எந்தவொரு அறிவிப்பையும் கொடுக்காமல் அல்லது இல்லாமல் 31.03.2022 அன்று வணிகத்தின் முடிவில் தானாகவே காலாவதியாகும். பங்கேற்கும் ஒவ்வொரு அமைப்பினதும் குறிகாட்டல் வகை வாரிய காலியிடங்கள் இணைப்பு I க்கு வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனங்களில் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு என்பது ஒரு மாறும் செயல்முறையாகும், இது விதிக்கப்பட்ட கட்டுப்பாடு, வணிக அளவு, வணிக வளர்ச்சி, நிறுவனங்களின் ஆரோக்கியம், கிளை விரிவாக்கம், உள் மற்றும் வெளிப்புற காரணிகள், கட்டமைப்பு மாற்றங்கள் போன்றவற்றைப் பொறுத்தது.

இங்கு குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள காலியிடங்கள் பங்கேற்பு நிறுவனங்களால் தொடர்பு கொள்ளப்படுவதைக் குறிக்கும் மற்றும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகின்றன. இருப்பினும், பங்கேற்கும் அமைப்புகளால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட இறுதி காலியிடங்களின் அடிப்படையில் தற்காலிக ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படும்.

Educational Qualifications (As on 26.08.2020):

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

அரசாங்கத்தால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் எந்தவொரு துறையிலும் பட்டம் (பட்டம்). இந்தியா அல்லது மத்திய அரசால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட எந்தவொரு சமமான தகுதியும்.

வேட்பாளர் அவர் / அவள் பதிவுசெய்த நாளில் ஒரு பட்டதாரி என்பதற்கான செல்லுபடியாகும் மார்க்-ஷீட் / டிகிரி சான்றிதழை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் ஆன்லைனில் பதிவு செய்யும் போது பட்டப்படிப்பில் பெறப்பட்ட மதிப்பெண்களின் சதவீதத்தைக் குறிக்க வேண்டும்.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP-PO/MT-X should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this advertisement.

Nationality / Citizenship:

A candidate must be either -

(i) a Citizen of India or

(ii) a subject of Nepal or

(iii) a subject of Bhutan or

(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently

settling in India or

(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries

of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia,

Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

 Age (As on 01.08.2020):

Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years

i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1990 and not later than 01.08.2000 (both dates inclusive)
