வாடகை கேட்டு டார்ச்சர் செய்ய கூடாது: ஹவுஸ் ஓனர்களுக்கு தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவு

சென்னை: வாடகை வீட்டில் குடியிருப்போர் யாரிடமும் உரிமையாளர்கள் ஒரு மாதம் வாடகை வசூலிக்கக் கூடாது என தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

கொரோனா சமூக பரவலை கட்டுப்படுத்தும் நடவடிக்கையாக வருகிற ஏப்ரல் 14ஆம் தேதி வரை 21 நாட்கள் ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவை பிரதமர் மோடி பிறப்பித்துள்ளார். இதனால், ரயில்கள், விமானங்கள், சாலை போக்குவரத்து என பொதுப் போக்குவரத்து, வர்த்த ரீதியான அத்தியாவசியமற்ற போக்குவரத்து அனைத்தும் நாடு முழுவதும் நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

திடீரென நாடு முழுவதும் முடக்கப்பட்டது பொதுமக்களிடையே பீதியையும், குழப்பத்தையும் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. புலம் பெயர்ந்த தொழிலாளார்கள், தினக்கூலிகள் என ஏராளமானோர் வீட்டு வாடகை கொடுக்க முடியாமல் தங்களது வீடுகளை காலி செய்யும் நிலைக்கு தள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். அன்றாட ஊதியம், சாப்பாடு உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படை தேவைகள் கிடைக்காமல் பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாகியிருக்கும், பல்வேறு மாநிலங்களில் வசிக்கும் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான புலம் பெயர்ந்த தொழிலாளர்கள் தங்களது சொந்த ஊர்களுக்கு செல்ல கடுமையான பயணங்களை மேற்கொள்கின்றனர்.

House owners should not be asked to pay rent: Tamil Nadu govt

 Chennai: The Tamil Nadu government has ordered owners of rented houses not to collect rent for a month.

 Prime Minister Modi has issued a 21-day curfew until April 14, which is a measure to curb corona social spread.  As a result, public transport and non-commercial transport, such as trains, airplanes, road traffic, are all over the country.

 Suddenly the nationwide paralysis has caused panic and confusion among the public.  Migrant workers and day laborers are forced to vacate their homes, unable to pay their rent.  Thousands of migrant workers living in different states make the tough journey to their hometowns, suffering from basic necessities, including daily wages and meals.
